With eLearnCommerce, onboarding new students to a course is a smooth process! To enable the onboarding options, follow these steps:
1 - Go to eLearnCommerce -> Settings
2 - Click Content Options under General.
3 - Scroll down to Course Options and check Onboarding Options.
4 - Click Save Changes.
Now, when you navigate to a course page (or to create a new course), you will see an Onboarding tab between Build and Assess. Click the Onboarding tab to access the onboarding options.
To set up the Course Started notification, switch the Status to Enabled and use the editor to create the email that will be sent out to your students.
Click Publish / Update when you're done. You're all set!
