When a student receives access to content via Manual or Automatic Access Rules or after having purchased your Content or Membership, you now have the option to send them an automatic post Purchase or Content Access Email Notification email.
It could be a Purchase confirmation email or simply a "you got access to following content or Membership" summary.
You can set that up following these steps:
1. In your /wp-admin/, go to eLearnCommerce -> Settings.
2. Select Email Notifications under Sales Engine.
3. Scroll down to Content Assigned and change it to Enabled.
4. Choose the Title and Content of the email your students will receive.
5. Click Save Changes
