If you encounter issues when you are working with eLearn Commerce, you can copy/paste the information from this section when submitting a Support Ticket. By providing this information in your Support Ticket, our technicians will be able to more quickly identify the problem and help you resolve it.
The following steps walk you through opening and copying all of the information recorded in Platform Health - Export.
1. On your website, hover over the eLearn Commerce tab and click Platform Health.
2. Ensure that everything in the Platform Health is working correctly before proceeding. Learn about the Platform Health.
3.. Click the "Export Report" option.
4. Click "Copy to Clipboard"
5. Go to your Support Ticket Creation Form and paste the details (Ctrl + V for PC; Command + V for Mac).
