Only disable this if you're using OptimizePress 3 or a different theme that doesn't properly use the content filter for single posts.
This option can be easily switched on and off from the Platform Health tab.
When this option is disabled, you may encounter problems with the

- MemberPress Membership Plugin
- MemberMouse with certain settings
- Memberful
