When using the Personalized Learning Module, when your student submits a question you receive an email notification from [email protected]

You can't make it so that these emails come from the student's email address for a couple of reasons:

  1. We don't want to encourage replying through email as the conversation would get lost.
  2. Sending emails from different domains than that of your website would cause them to be marked as spam.

There is, however, a Reply button at the end of the message you receive you can use to reply to the question.

On the other hand, if you'd like to change the email address from which these notifications are sent, you can do so in the general WordPress settings or installing a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP.
